Our approach has been shaped by a set of beliefs that have evolved into our principles, over the course of team Tira’s collective experience across multiple industry sectors. We take pride in our approach that is audaciously simple and simply audacious!
It is conventional wisdom that, what is good for today is not good for tomorrow. Many organisations realise this and although they make a start at Performance Improvement, it is mostly seen as yet another ‘initiative’ that eventually fades away with time. But we believe that Performance Improvement is for life, not just for Christmas. Our approach embeds this principle along every step of the way to ensure that Continuous Performance Improvement becomes the ‘way of working’.
Employees bring their brains along when turn up to work every day. But many organisations fail to recognise this. Our methodology focuses on building capability in people and empowering them to improve their own processes. Our approach takes a long-term, end-to-end view and focuses on deep-rooted issues such as non-value adding activities, leadership commitment, customer intimacy and employee engagement that are challenging to handle but when improved, yield dramatic and sustainable results. Capacity and cost benefits will definitely come through as by-products of deploying our approach but. Shifting the focus makes a lot of difference!
